Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 CLASSID denial of service

by Mario Miri on May 13th, 2003 If a web page contains CLASSID value of CLSID:0CF32AA1-7571-11D0-93C4-00AA00A3DDEA the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 web browser reportedly crashes. Other CLASSID values may cause the same effect.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1


Solution:
Currently there are no vendor supplied patches.
