Win2k NTFS Macintosh client directory permission bug

by Phiber on October 29th, 2001 Under certain circumstances, a Macintosh client may automatically modify inherited NTFS permissions in case a subdirectory was created.


Vulnerable:

- Microsoft Windows 2000 Server SP1


Solution:

Currently, there are no Vendor supplied patches/fixes.


- This vulnerability was reported by Alan Finn ([email protected]).
