by Nikola Strahija on March 29th, 2003 The encryption scheme implemented in ProtWare HTML Guardian is using a simple bit shifting technique, which makes it trivial for attackers to reverse.
Vulnerable:

Not vulnerable
ProtWare HTML Guardian version 6.4
Solution:
The latest version implements 384bit key encryption
which is not vulnerable to this flaw.
